Sleepers, Wake! Organ Music for Advent and Christmas

Get ready for the Christmas season with an exciting evening of Advent and Christmas organ music on the bright and colourful 2-manual Matthew Copley organ at ; performed by David Allen, organist of St Mary Magdalen.

The festive programme will include works by Bach, Buxtehude, Karg-Elert, Langlais, Reger, Vaughan Williams and others, lasting about 90 minutes including an interval.

Admission is free and there is no need to book in advance. The church is located in the heart of Oxford, with some parking available close by on Broad Street and St Giles, but it is advised to use other forms of transport as parking spaces may be limited. There are several excellent bus services including the Park and Ride which stop right outside the church. The church is about 10 minutes' walk from the train station and is 5 minutes from a busy taxi rank, not to mention the dozens of cycle racks outside.
